StyleMirror helps beauty professionals request and deliver AI-assisted consultation previews. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to request deletion.
Information We Collect
When you submit a preview request or lead form, we may collect your name, email, phone number, role, service type, salon or social profile, client/inspo notes, uploaded image links, and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or Meta lead identifiers.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to preview requests, generate consultation visuals, deliver follow-up links, measure which marketing channels produce qualified requests, prevent abuse, and operate billing and account access.
Images And Consultation Previews
Uploaded or linked images are used to create consultation aids, not guaranteed final results. You should only submit images when you have permission to use them for this purpose. We do not sell uploaded client images.
Analytics, Ads, And Payments
StyleMirror may use analytics and advertising tools, including first-party event tracking, PostHog, and Meta Pixel or Conversions API when configured. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on StyleMirror servers.
Vendors
We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and AI image generation. These providers process information only as needed to operate StyleMirror.
Deletion Requests
To request deletion of a preview request, uploaded image link, or account-related information, email zarappsllc@gmail.com. Include the email address or phone number used for the request so we can locate it.
